Job Placement Focus

However what makes us different is the Placement focus. Our focus is primarily on the student placement throughout the Academy. In order to achieve a 100% student placement we partner with companies and we organize technical interviews in the form of Hiring Contests.

In June we organized 3 Hiring Contests for our students :

  • Digital Marketing Internship with Northstar AI
  • Junior Account Manager with Krafted Digital
  • Digital Marketing Internship with English Language and Literature

Marketing Meetups

The second this is the networking events. Each month we organize a networking event for our students.

In June we met with our students in “Sofia”, high-end restaurant in Design District.

The bootcamp experience of our student Chloe Morgan

The best and worst marketing is word of mouth, and our Bootcamp experiences we want you to hear it from the testimonial of our students. Today we are interviewing, Chloe Morgan, our participant in the Digital Marketing program.

CH: Hi Chloe thank you for being part of this interview. Can you tell us something about yourself? What is your background? What do you do?

CM: With a background in events marketing and content creation, I moved to Miami in 2023 to dive into its vibrant culture. In just three months, I launched “Miami Galventures’, a dynamic group chat with 250 active members focused on local events. I aim to build a community for those seeking exciting experiences and connections. Currently in the process of planning and facilitating my own events in Miami.

CH: Why did you decide to enroll in the course?

CM: Social Media Marketing is constantly evolving so the more you learn the better for growth.

CH: What are the three things that you remember from the class?

CM: Email Marketing tools, the importance of an active LinkedIn Profile, and conversions/equations to determine a successful campaign.

CH: How were the classes structured? How would you rate the mentors Arijana and Mile?

CM: They worked well and were during the stated times/dates. Really enjoyed both mentors!

CH: Creative Miami organizes also a few Hiring Contests. Were you part of that and do you think that is a good practice?

CM: I was not but when I am job hunting again I would be interested in learning more.

CH: During the course the students were invited to a non-formal gathering in the form of a Marketing Meetup. Were you able to attend and do you think that networking is important?

CM: Was so happy I could make it and meet everyone else that attended in person. Being able to step outside of the course and have personal conversations is refreshing.

CH: Would you recommend this Bootcamp and why?

CM: The bootcamp is great for Social Media Specialists of all levels because each class covered different topics.
